This
Fairstep Special branches
off the popular trekking routes
and heads into beautiful unspoiled
wilderness surrounded by stunning
mountain scenery. This trail
is a naturalist's paradise,
back-drooped by incredible
mountain scenery. Wildlife
of this area include the Himalayan
Tahr (alarge goat-like creature),
the Pikka (a mammal similar
to a guinea pig), and the
national bird of Nepal - the
multi-colored Impeyan Pheasant.
For the bird-watcher this
trek presents a variety of
species with maximum numbers
available during the spring
(March-May). Two Himalayan
giants,
Dhaulagiri 8,167and Annapurna
I 8,091m.dominate the skyline.
The Kali.Gandaki River cuts
between these two mighty peaks,
forming the deepest gorge
on the earth's surface, some
7,000m. Deep! Our campsites,
high on the ridges beneath
Annapurna South 7237m offer
some of the finest panoramic
views available in the Annapurna
region.
Moderate
to difficult trekking, and
camping, from 1,000m 3,870m-andoptional
hiking to 4,500m. Fully
supported trek with all
meals and equipment led
by experienced local guide.
Porters will carry all equipment
and luggage. Clientscarry
day pack only and walk at
an easy pace.

Day 01 : Drive Kathmandu-Pokhara-Nayapul.
Day 02 : Trek to
Puran Gaon.
Day 03 : Trek to
Lespar.
Day 04 : Trek to
Nagi.
Day 05 : Trek to
Phool Bari.
Day 06 : Early morning
ascent of Poon Hill. Continue
to Chitre/Souta.
Day 07 : Trek to
Chistebung.
Day 08 : Trek to
Kopra ridge.
Day 09 : Trek to
High Camp.
Day 10 : Exploratory
hike to Kaire Lake. Return
trek to Kopra ridge.
Day 11 : Trek to
Dobato.
Day 12 : Trek to
Gandruk.
Day 13 : Trek to
birethanti drive back to
pokhara.
Day 14 : Return drive
to Kathmandu.
